- Dissatisfaction with the content, style, or format
- Not having enough time to use the Product
- Purchasing the Product more than once by mistake, except as described in Section 3
- Requesting a refund after the Product has been downloaded, opened, or accessed in any way
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned once delivered. Once a file is downloaded, it can be copied, saved, or redistributed, which makes it impossible for us to verify that access has been fully revoked. 3. Limited Exceptions

4. Waiver of Withdrawal Rights for Digital Content

- The Product is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium
- Performance and delivery of the Product begins immediately upon purchase confirmation
- By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the Product and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling off period that would otherwise apply, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law
If your jurisdiction does not permit this waiver, your rights under local law remain unaffected, and nothing in this policy is intended to override a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly at support@coachalexmorgan.site, please understand that:
